Need help using Stlouis-Online

User Tips Having trouble getting Stlouis-Online to work. Here are a few user tips and requirements to get the show on the road.
  1. Javascript MUST be enabled on your browser
  2. Cookies MUST be enabled on your browser
  3. Firefox 2.0+ browser is highly recommended. Note: This browser does not come with your computer, you must download it for free at www.getfirefox.com
  4. If using the "innovation-free" Internet Explorer, version 6.0+ (preferably V7.0) is highly recommended. Good luck!
  5. Your display settings MUST meet or exceed a resolution of 1024x768 (or equivalent Widescreen resolution) and a color depth of 16bit or above
  6. Broadband internet connection is highly recommended for optimal browsing experience

Account Creation/Maintenance Tips Having trouble with your Stlouis-Online account. Make sure you remember the following tips when creating or editing your account
  1. All authenticating data (username/password) MUST be composed of Alpha-Numeric combinations only. No special characters or non-alphanumeric characters are allowed. To put it plainly, your authenticating data should be composed of a combination of up to 26 letters and 10 digits.
  2. Accounts not logged into after a preset amount of time are considered orphaned and are deleted periodically. Attached contributor entires, contributor listings, and all content uploaded becomes orphaned and eventually accredited to an anonymous user
  3. User accounts that repeatedly bounce newsletter emails are periodically deleted. Receipt of the event newsletter and monthly newsletter is considered part of the Terms of Usage. This policy may be enforced at our discretion.

Content Submission Tips Cant get your content listed on Stlouis-Online account. Check the following information before contacting support
  1. Content submitted to Stlouis-Online MUST be uploaded while actively logged in. Anonymous listings are automatically orphaned and later deleted.
  2. Multiple photographs and files should be compressed in either a .zip file or .rar file. The tools to compress multiple files are freely available on the internet. Photographs should be resized prior to compression and upload unless otherwise instructed.
  3. Files uploaded should follow the maximum size constraints listed in the upload form. Files for any type of content can not exceed 10 megabytes in filesize
  4. Content uploaded MUST always be your own work and intellectual property. Content deemed otherwise will be removed.
