Some say a picture is worth a thousand words, we believe a photograph however is worth much more. Event photo albums are an excellent way to re-visit memories
from past events and occasions. As much as we love providing this service it has become necessary to provide a few rules or guidelines
concerning the photographs placed on Stlouis-Online
Event photography is a service offered to event promoters and venue managers to increase the exposure and demographic penetration of their events
and promotional capabilities as a whole. Unless otherwise negotiated, all photo albums and image galleries produced via Stlouis-Online photographers
remain the sole property of Stlouis-Online. However, Stlouis-Online does recognize the concept of fair use and has outlined the following privileges
available to event promoters, venue managers, and users.

Stlouis-Online Users |
Stlouis-Online Users May:
- Save a copy of their photograph or photographs of friends for use on social networking sites or general image archival purposes.
- Request that their image be removed from Stlouis-Online. Please include the month, album title, image id, and brief description of the image
in question in an email to info@stlouis-online.com.
In addition, if time permits, please include a reason for removal to aid us in providing a better photograph next time.
- Not print any images or photographs contained on Stlouis-Online without purchased ownership of the image/photograph in question.
- Not crop | alter | edit any image or photograph contained on Stlouis without permission.

Venue Managers | Promoters that have not purchased photography services from Stlouis-Online must adhere to the following conditional limitations. |
Venue Managers | Promoters | Entities Without Purchase Rights May:
- Repost Photo Albums | Image galleries only after permission has been received via email or writing.
- Exercise rights possessed by Stlouis-Online users.
- Not advertise the photography as their own. Credit must be given to the respective photographer when appropriate

Users | Promoters that have purchased photography services from Stlouis-Online have added privileges that reflect the fact that they
have purchased ownership of their images | photo albums |
Venue Managers | Promoters | Entities With Purchase Rights May:
- Save | Crop | Alter | Edit images contained on their personal backup CD(s) for personal archival and advertising needs.
- Exercise rights possessed by Stlouis-Online users.
- Not advertise the photography as their own. Credit must be given to the respective photographer when appropriate

Users | Promoters that have purchased exclusive photography services from Stlouis-Online have added privileges that reflect the fact that they
have purchased ownership of their images/photo albums and may exercise sole ownership control of the images/photo albums in question |
Venue Managers | Promoters | Entities With Exclusive Purchase Rights May:
- Save | Crop | Alter | Edit images contained on their personal backup CD(s) for personal archival and advertising needs.
- Exercise rights possessed by Stlouis-Online users.
- Not advertise the photography as their own. Credit must be given to the respective photographer when appropriate
- Request that no images/photographs from the Albums/Image gallery in question be publicized on Stlouis-Online

Stlouis-Online Copyright | Policy Summary:
- Removal of the Stlouis-Online logo by users either intentionally or unintentionally is viewed as theft of intellectual property
- Removal of the Stlouis-Online logo by promoters | venue managers either intentionally or unintentionally is viewed as theft of intellectual property, and is
further viewed as especially heinous. Such conduct by publicly accessible entities is considered an attack on Stlouis-Online, and intentional deprivation of photography credit.
- Printing of images | photogaphs not previously purchased is viewed as theft of intellectual property and is expressly forbidden.
